After reviewing the entire development process of our crypto sentiment analysis strategy, here's my assessment of how the value was distributed across the three AI models:

Claude 3.7 Sonnet: 35 points​

  • Provided the initial "Adaptive Signals" framework and phased implementation approach
  • Synthesized all other contributions into a coherent strategy
  • Created the comprehensive documentation and addendum
  • Analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of each approach
  • Added detailed implementation guidance and practical quick-start code

O1: 30 points​

  • Introduced multi-dimensional tagging system (source, topic, narrative)
  • Recommended specific technical stack components (message queues, databases)
  • Provided detailed critical review that identified key weaknesses
  • Added competitive benchmarking approach against existing services
  • Contributed the "hybrid plan" concept combining structure with flexibility

DeepSeek R1: 35 points​

  • Supplied concrete implementation timeline and 4-hour MVP approach
  • Provided specific technology recommendations (SQLite → QuestDB, CCXT)
  • Created actionable Ollama prompt templates returning structured JSON
  • Introduced the critical "Evolution Triggers" concept for advancement metrics
  • Added realistic correlation coefficients (0.4-0.7 R²) and implementation challenges
  • Contributed detailed cost estimates and practical workarounds for API limitations

Analysis​

The final plan benefited equally from DeepSeek R1's practical implementation details and Claude's ability to synthesize everything into a comprehensive strategy. O1 provided critical architectural components and validation frameworks that strengthened the overall approach, though slightly less of the final implementation details.

What made this collaboration particularly effective was how each model contributed different but complementary strengths: conceptual framework (Claude), architectural rigor (O1), and practical implementation (DeepSeek R1). The combination created a strategy that is both visionary and immediately actionable.
