Slow Release Protocol: Observational Microdosing Flow

Objective: To slow down daily supplementation to observe the effect of each compound, reduce cognitive load on the system, and refine understanding of personal biochemical response.

Core Principle: Instead of front-loading all substances at once, we will distribute them across a structured schedule (approximately one item every 30–60 minutes) to maximize clarity and notice subtle effects.

Morning (09:00–12:00)Stabilization & Light Activation

09:00 – Wake hydration + minerals

  • Electrolytes (water + sea salt + potassium)
  • 1 capsule Omega-3 (with small fat source)
  • 1 capsule ALA

09:30 – Baseline cholinergic layer

  • CDP-Choline (250 mg)
  • Alpha GPC (300 mg) (optional alternate day)

10:00 – Light dopaminergic prep

  • L-Tyrosine (500 mg)
  • CoQ10 (100 mg)

10:30 – Mild stim test layer

  • Caffeine (50–75 mg)
  • L-Theanine (100–200 mg)
  • Taurine (500 mg)

11:00 – Nootropic clarity stack

  • Piracetam (800–1600 mg)
  • Glycine (1–2 g)

11:30 – Mitochondrial support

  • ALCAR (500–1000 mg)
  • PQQ (10–20 mg)
  • Astaxanthin (4–6 mg)

Midday (12:00–16:00)Cognitive Stability & Productivity Phase

12:00 – Mushroom blend (Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga)

  • 1 capsule or tea preparation

12:30 – Creatine (3–5 g)

  • Mixed in shake or taken with protein meal

13:00 – Phosphatidylserine (100 mg) + DMAE (250 mg)

  • Optional depending on focus demand

13:30 – Cannabis microdose (if using)**

  • Follow with: L-Theanine (100 mg) + Glycine (2 g) if mental scattering is noted

14:00 – Casein + MCT shake (if not eating solid meal)

  • Include: Cacao + Cinnamon

14:30 – Rhodiola (250 mg)

  • Optional mood stabilizer for energy dips

Evening (17:00–21:00)Somatic Activation + Transition to Downregulation

17:00 – Citrulline Malate (6–8 g) + Beta-Alanine (2–3 g)

  • Pre-cardio or BDO physical activity prep

17:30 – Butyrate dose (oral)

  • Begin music + movement priming

18:00 – L-Tyrosine (optional 250 mg) + CoQ10 (if energy dip)

19:00 – Post-cardio electrolyte + kefir

  • Add magnesium (200 mg) + taurine (500 mg)

20:00 – Protein-heavy dinner or shake

  • Add Alpha GPC (150 mg) if cognitive activity continues

20:30 – 5-HTP (50–100 mg) + Glycine (3 g)

  • Begin transition to parasympathetic state

21:00 – Tryptophan (250–500 mg) or Melatonin (if needed)


Notes:

  • Sertraline (50 mg) should be taken at a consistent time daily (ideally 09:00) to maintain SSRI equilibrium.
  • Volumetric LSD and Amanita are excluded from this flow. They require separate protocol contexts.
  • Observe and journal reactions at each 30–60 minute interval.

This protocol assumes you’re not stacking amphetamine during the same day. If needed, a separate amphetamine-compatible microstack version can be created.
