Objective: To slow down daily supplementation to observe the effect of each compound, reduce cognitive load on the system, and refine understanding of personal biochemical response.
Core Principle: Instead of front-loading all substances at once, we will distribute them across a structured schedule (approximately one item every 30–60 minutes) to maximize clarity and notice subtle effects.
Morning (09:00–12:00) — Stabilization & Light Activation
09:00 – Wake hydration + minerals
- Electrolytes (water + sea salt + potassium)
- 1 capsule Omega-3 (with small fat source)
- 1 capsule ALA
09:30 – Baseline cholinergic layer
- CDP-Choline (250 mg)
- Alpha GPC (300 mg) (optional alternate day)
10:00 – Light dopaminergic prep

10:30 – Mild stim test layer
- Caffeine (50–75 mg)

11:00 – Nootropic clarity stack

Notes:
- Sertraline (50 mg) should be taken at a consistent time daily (ideally 09:00) to maintain SSRI equilibrium.

This protocol assumes you’re not stacking amphetamine during the same day. If needed, a separate amphetamine-compatible microstack version can be created.
