Steps to Complete the Task
1. Prepare for the Interviews

2. Conduct the Interviews

- Encourage detailed responses by focusing on their actual experiences and behaviors.

3. Summarize Insights
Answer the following questions based on the interviews:

- What is their primary way of solving the problem today?

- What steps do they take from awareness to purchase?
- What influences their decisions the most?

- Where are they already gathered online?
