Objective

Today, we’ll focus on two tasks:

  1. Retention Modeling: Predict retention metrics for your project over a 12-month horizon to reach at least 10M rubles in monthly revenue by year-end.
  2. Sales Specialist Recruitment: Write a compelling message to attract a talented sales specialist from a similar project.

Part 1: Retention Modeling

  1. Define Retention Metrics

    • Retention refers to the percentage of users/customers who remain active over a given period.
    • Assume a starting base of users and project retention rates monthly (e.g., Month 1: 100%, Month 2: 80%, Month 3: 70%).
  2. Revenue Assumptions

    • Define the average revenue per user (ARPU).
    • Calculate monthly revenue based on retained users.
    • Adjust assumptions to ensure revenue grows to 10M rubles/month by Month 12.

    • Be specific about the role and its significance in achieving ambitious revenue goals.
