☀️ Morning – Focus & Activation

Core Stack (prepare in zip):

  • Amphetamine (60 mg)
  • CDP-Choline (250 mg) or Alpha GPC (300 mg)
  • L-Tyrosine (500–1000 mg, fasted)
  • NAC (600 mg)
  • ALA (100–300 mg)
  • CoQ10 (100 mg)
  • Omega-3 (2000 mg)
  • Caffeine (if needed)
  • Sertraline (50 mg)

Optional Additions:

  • L-Theanine (100–200 mg) – if overstimulated
  • Rhodiola (250–500 mg) – stress resilience
  • MCT oil (1 tsp) – fast energy
  • Mushroom mix (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga) – cognitive support
  • Creatine (3–5 g)
  • Piracetam (800–1600 mg)

☀️ Midday – Sustain & Refocus

  • Choline (250 mg if signs of depletion)

  • Amanita muscaria (microdosing, 1 cap)
  • Cannabis vape (sativa, low dose) – relaxation without sedation
